I look forward to your child taking part in our B4P Ride On after-school bicycle education programs.
Please read the list of terms and conditions below for the B4P Ride On, Learn to Ride Programs before booking.
- Cyclists / clients must be registered for all educational training sessions
- Payment must be made when the session is booked
- Bookings must be made via Goggle Calendar two weeks in advance.
- Cancellation of booking must be made two days prior to the scheduled training session.
- Notification of cancellation of a scheduled training session by B4P due to weather or unavailability of the BBEC will be given 24 hours prior to the session commencement.
- If the client’s bicycle or helmet is damaged or poorly maintained, options will be discussed with client (refer below)
- Hire of B4P bicycle and/or helmet will be offered at $5 per session
- Service to client’s bicycle and/or helmet will be offered approx. $25 plus parts (refer below)
- Any unforeseen damage to B4P bicycles and equipment will be assessed and repair cost will be payable by the client
- Any accident resulting in injury to a child or client will be assessed and passed onto B4P Ride On Personal Liability Insurance: Sportscover Australia Pty Ltd.
- B4P will provide First Aid service to anyone who is injured whilst at a training session
- Educational Training Session costs per one child or adult
- Single session $30 for 1 hour $50 for 2 hours
- School term total of 10 day sessions at 2 hrs/session $400
- Hire of B4P bicycles and dyno trainers per monthly hire
- Bicycles $50
- Dyno Trainer $50
- B4P will provide road safety and cycling educational training materials to all participating clients.
